IMT can provide customized system enclosures to house your integrated remediation system. IMT's system enclosures are designed to save you time, space, and money, while providing you plenty of room to maintain and operate your equipment. We can integrate any one or more of our remediation system components and provide a complete, fully-assembled and pre-tested remediation system, built to your specifications, either in a custom-built trailer-mounted or skid-mounted system enclosure with removable wall panels. If preferred, we can install the remediation system components in a manufactured cargo trailer or wooden or steel structure. IMT supplies these enclosures designed to comply with OSHA and NEC, requirements and codes as specified. Important features of IMT's system enclosures include the following:
- Structural steel construction with removable aluminum exterior to allow ease of maintenance and operation
- Dimensions included 8-ft, 12-ft, 16-ft, 20-ft, 24-ft, or 28-ft long by 8.5-ft wide, and 9.5-ft high
- NEMA 4 control panel with disconnect, weather head, and meter base per customer specifications
- Skid-mounted or trailer-mounted
- All wall panels are insulated with R-10 rated insulation to protect the equipment from weather while reducing noise levels outside the enclosure
- All removable wall panels interlock, allowing for pad locks to be used at the four corners to provide security to the equipment
- Removable wall panels can be easily removed by one person for easy access to all equipment
- Outside piping enters the enclosures through a floor hatch
- Both lifting rings and forklift pockets are provided on skid-mounted enclosures
- Professional Engineered stamped drawings of building and details
