Product: Oil Water Separators Description: IMT's stand-lone oil/water separators are designed for above ground applications. Available in epoxy-coated carbon steel or stainless steel, the lightweight and compact design includes many features and options that minimize the headaches that seem to be commonplace with most oil/water separators. IMT can build to your specifications for any flow rate you desire. The unit separates free product, coalesces suspended or colloidal hydrocarbons, and settles solids. Important features of the IMT's oilwater separators, includes the following: Easy to remove coalescing pack, constructed of hydrocarbon resistant polypropylene, designed to effectively remove 60 micron and larger oil droplets of a #2 fuel oil at 40° F. Fully-gasketed, hinged lid with quick release adjustable latches Easy access to all components of the separator for maintenance Allows quick inspection and viewing of operation Primary and secondary sumps for efficient separation of sludge  Coalescing media increases oil removal capabilities Influent splash plate to aid in the settling of solids in the primary sludge sump Adjustable oil weir for controlling the residual oil level in the separator Debris skimmer for removing floating solids before the coalescing pack Built-in oil reservoir with high-level alarm Large-capacity primary and secondary sludge sumps with large clean out ports for sludge removal Click on the link below to download a PDF flysheet on the equipment.
