When you have a problem, we promptly and courteously answer your calls, work with you to rapidly solve your problem over the phone, or by mobilizing a technician to your site. We offer same-day shipping on most common parts, and follow up with you after the problem is solved. We also stock most of the common parts that you need to get your system back on line as quickly as possible.
On-site Repair
Even the best environmental remediation equipment will eventually require repair work due to the harsh environments associated with soil and groundwater remediation projects and the demands for around-the-clock operation. IMT maintains a well-stocked inventory of common parts, and if another manufacturer built your equipment, IMT has a large network of vendors who are ready to ship the parts you need. Our technicians can typically mobilize to your site within a few hours of notification and get you up and running again.
