IMT maintains a fully-manned welding, mechanical, and electrical control panel shop that provides custom fabrication services for unique applications, as well as repairs and refurbishing of existing systems.

Custom Fabrication

When your project calls for specialty fabrication, finding a qualified code shop that has the flexibility to move beyond their standard product offerings can be difficult.
To assist you, the IMT team offers custom-engineered fabrication services that include:

• Welding (aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel)
• Manufacturing of tanks and vessels (high and low pressure)
• MET certified electrical control panels and enclosures
• PLC programming and telemetry setup

The IMT fabrication team follows rigorous standards to ensure that the equipment you buy meets your specifications and local and national codes, provide years of runtime, and be easy to maintain. Our shop holds several ASME and National Board Certificates, and stands ready to provide you with custom solutions to meet your needs.

Equipment and Service Repair

With over 10 years of experience building, operating, and maintaining remediation equipment, IMT has the knowledge and resources to service and repair your remediation equipment. IMT also maintains a large inventory of equipment parts and components, allowing our trained experts to mobilize to your site and have your equipment back up and running in no time at all.

Equipment Refurbishing

To help reduce remediation costs, many equipment buyers are electing to refurbish existing equipment rather than purchasing new. Restoring used equipment to like-new condition is one of IMT's specialties, and we have the resources to refurbish your equipment on location at your project site or in our large shop. We put the same quality workmanship into a refurbishing project as we do with new equipment. We pay attention to details, ensuring that all the equipment components work together as a complete unit. To give you the confidence you need, IMT warrants all refurbished and repair work for 90 days, and provides a 1- year on any new components installed.
